Deposit & Balance: Credit Card deposit required at time of booking and or within 48hrs of confirmation email being received. Christmas & Long Weekend bookings balance of payment must be made 7 days prior to arrival, we will email you 2 weeks in advance as a reminder.. All other bookings must be paid on Check In (surcharges apply paying by card)

Key Deposit: A $50 Key Deposit is required at the time of Check In and will be refunded to you upon return of ALL keys on checkout.

Late Arrivals: Reception Hours: Mon - Sat 10am – 6pm / Sun 10am – 5pm. If you are going to arrive outside our reception hours and you have a confirmed booking please let us know in advance as we would require the balance owing paid in full 24hrs prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your payment we will then arrange for your Cabin/Site Keys to be accessible from our key safe. The following morning please see us in reception to fill out our register. We understand that its not always possible to get here during office hours and if you don't have a booking and need a site for the night we will be happy to accommodate you just ring us inside these hours.

Early Departures: NO refunds will be given on early departures.

Cabin Hire: BYO Bedding (Sheets/Blankets/Pillows & Towels) Please note our Standard Cabins DO NOT have a bathroom, the amenities block is directly opposite the cabins.

Pets: Yes we are a Pet Friendly park. Pets must be under control at all times and must never be left on site unattended. Please note Wilsons Prom DOES NOT permit pets. Also, PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN PARK CABINS OR THE PARK AMENITIES AND MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES.

Fires are Permitted but there are some rules:

Be in an enclosed Fire drum
To be above the ground
You must be considerate of other campers if the wind means that someone else is sitting in haze of your smoke then do not light your fire or move its position
To be away from vegetation
To be monitored by an adult at all times. When you leave your site your fire must be extinguished.
Of course we reserve the right to ask you to put your Fires out at our discretion

Water Supply: All our Cabins & Powered sites have fresh water supply, however as we are on tank water we do not permit the filling of your RV or Caravan tanks and washing down of any equipment. Our water is precious to us and if it doesn't rain we have no water so please use it wisely.

Car Access: 1 Car per site, all extra cars would need to park out on the naturestrip, along with boat trailers.

Cancellations will incur a $25 Administration Fee. Loss of Deposit will occur on any cancellations made less than one calendar month prior to arrival. Deposits will not be transferred to future bookings.

Generators are not permitted to be used in our Park

Recharging of Electric Cars is not permitted anywhere in the Park, there is a charging station in the township of Yanakie for that purpose. If you are found to be charging your EV you will be asked to leave the park immediately and no refunds will be given.
